    Best place to buy F/T?
I've been looking around online at places that sell F/T in bulk. Was just wondering if anybody here has a place they order from and like.

Definitely Layne Labs! Tried RodentPro with a Black Friday special but was not impressed with the quality.

Will continue with Layne Labs from here on out!

Rodent Pro, ARS and I believe BHB all sell feeders.
Also if there is a show by you, they can bring them to the show,
saves on shipping and that savings is worth it.
You also might find someone local to you.

I have ordered from Rodent Pro and Loxahatchee. I definitely prefer Loxahatchee. They have clean, well packaged feeders. They come vacuum sealed and neatly lined up on meat trays. Way better than how Rodent Pro randomly throws rats in the bag. I also noticed that Rodent Pro will cover the whole size range that they list for each size rodent, whereas Loxahatchee sends out rodents that are much more consistent in sizing.

Layne Labs here, too! Love the quality and, between what I usually order and living out in the boonies, they're my least expensive option.

I did try RodentPro years ago and was not impressed.

I see your in Texas. Where?

http://bulkmice.com/ is here in Houston. I just started using them. :gj: Placed my order one morning and pick them up about an hour later.

They also deliver for free on orders over $300. Here are the details. http://bulkmice.com/index.php?main_page=shippinginfo

http://bigcheeserodents.com/ is in Fort Worth. I have not used them but have seem good reviews.

If your close to or ever get close to you can pick up your orders and save by not paying shipping.

I'm gonna end up saving a ton plus I don't have to place such a big order to make the shipping worth it now.

I live in Waco. So Big Cheese would be the best option and they seem to have great prices.

Have to agree about RodentPro. They euthanize, then throw in a bag and freeze them. They are all twisted up in the bag. I took a couple out tonight that were folded in half and one was completely flat. While I am sure my snakes don't care, RodentPro doesn't get any points for presentation.

Layne Labs euthanizes, freezes, and then packages them.

Going back to Layne Labs as soon as this order is finished!

I love American Rodent Supply. I have used Rodent Pro, I can't complain too much about them, I just like ARS prices.

I've used Rodent Pro, Mice Direct and a few others as well. I can tell you first hand that I prefer Big Cheese Rodents over them all. They come packaged nicely and vacuum sealed as well so they last longer in the free. They have great prices and you get more and on top of that it's cheaper. I also stick away from Rodent Pro because I know some stuff about them that they deny if you ask. To me if the facts were put out there and somebody asks you should be honest instead of lying about it.

So for me, big cheese ftw, and I'm in Louisiana.

You can also look for local reptile groups on facebook and usually find a local supplier that way. I found one on craigslist and one on facebook. The one from facebook works out great since he's only a 20 minute drive away. Might save yourself a little money on shipping. No matter what you decide, good luck!
