    Hey everyone!!! I'm new here, found this forum searchin online for BP stuff. I'm Angela and i just got my snake about 2 weeks ago. A girl i work with said her husband was sellin his BP, so i got it! I've never had a snake before, but having one is AWESOME! I'm pretty excited about it lol.

    I re-named my snake Pandora. She is almost a year old and is about 2 1/2 feet long. Here's a pic of her!!!!

    I'm lookin forward to talkin to everyone on here!!! I've read so much about Ball Pythons now, it seems like i've had a snake all my life. :D Talk to ya soon!!!

    I was in from 96 to 01 Stationed in North Carolina for most of the time , did a few med Cruises lots of deployments . good luck to the both of you its a hard life for relationships to prosper in

    Thanks, and i've noticed. He'll be stationed at Camp Lejeune until about Feb-Mar, then, unfortunately, he'll he deployed to either Iraq or Afganistan. Thanks again!! And i like the pic of the snake... :)

    Hey. My brother is in the Marines also. He has been stationed at North Carolina since the year 2000. At the moment he is in Iraq. He gets out in july. I cant wait. I dont remember the place that he's at, but I know its a Fort something.

    Another question.... everyone has something like "2.1 ball python- blah, blah, blah.." what is the 2.1???? or some say 0.1.0... anyone wanna explain?? :D

    it's confusing..but you'll get the hang of it. i honestly don't know what they mean..but here's what i've learned

    1.0 means you have 1 male animal
    0.1 means you have 1 female animal
    1.1 means you have 1 female, and one male

    it just keeps going..

    2.1 means 2 males, 1 female....

    if you see an extra 1, such as 1.1.1, that means you don't know the sex of the animal..
    for example:
    1.1.1 means i have 1 male cat 1 female cat, and 1 that i don't know if it's a male or female

    i THINK thats right..someone please correct me if i'm wrong.

    well nate you obviously do know what those numbers mean. you got it exactly right in your explanation. (although it would be a little scary if you had a cat and you didn't know whether it was male or female... :mrgreen: )
