why will mojo never come out?
I have a new ball python named Mojo. He is about 1 year old. He recently went through a shed. I am wondering why mojo will never come out of his cave/hide at all to play or hang out mojo is a ball python.:snake::(

That means he's happy! :) a hiding ball is a happy healthy ball. My little pastel is rarely out, while my big wild-type only really comes out of her hide on her own when she's hungry.

In the wild they spend most of their lives in a burrow, besides they are nocturnal.

Coughing? Like wheezing, clicking, yawning, things like that? It definitely could be an RI. You'll need to get him to a reliable reptile vet for examination and official diagnosis.

What are your husbandry perameters? Hotspot, cool side temps, humidity levels?

You really need a thermometer for exact temps, 75 is the lowest it should be, 60's is way too low.
Get an ir thermometer and get your temps correct. Next make a vet appointment

if there hiding there happy...my guys are never out during the day. once the lights go out and the black light goes on,they both come right out for hours on and off through the night. when I wake up in the morning and turn the day lights back on there already snug in there hides sleeping.
