    Naughty Naomi!
Right guys, as you may have seen in my other posts I was looking to get a lesser this weekend. I went to see her today and had a choice of two; fell completely in love with one. Problem is I also fell in love with a male mojave!!

Meet my new additions ;) Let me know what you think and a name suggestion for the lesser!!

    Mojave male - Chaos! :D

Lesser female - NEEDS NAME BEGINNING WITH A C :D

I couldn't help myself :D I love them! Some of the better ones I've seen in my area for sale. The guys collection was amazing and the quality of animals was spot on, will be going to him again :)

Pretty! That's the combo pair I want, too. :3 As for names, maybe something meaning peace--Chesna, Chessa, Columbia, Concordia, maybe Serene with a 'C'? Opposites attract. :3

Ooo! I picked the right name for the mojave! I came after going for a short meal to find he had pushed his lid off his rub and taken a wander down to the next shelf! Thank god he was in view! Looks like extra precautions need to be taken with my little Chaotic boy ;)

The lesser female is to go with my spider male. The mojave is still unpaired as such although I know he and the lesser would go fab together (also different clutches :D ) I may change my mind in a few years when it comes to breeding and see how BEL's stand in the market for selling (wish I could keep them all!)

Very pretty lesser! How about Caliope? I'm terrible with names, lol.

I'm hopeless with names! Why I had to pick "C" I have no idea! It's a really tough letter when you have already picked 7 C names!

If I breed and hold back in a few years I am starting with a different letter!

x2 on Calypso, one of my absolute favorite C names. Had a hamster I named that, I called her Callie for short.

    Callisto?
Pale haired semi-villain from the Xena tv series. A moon of Jupiter (at least I think it is) and, one of the Artemis nymphs.

Hey guys I totally agree on Calypso and that's why my pastel is called it! Haha Love the name but it's already taken. I'll give my current morphs and names to help:

    Pastel - Calypso
    Het albino - Claus
    Albino - Calais
    Het GS - Cheyenne
    Spider - Castiel
    Bee - Cairo
    Mojave - Chaos

Lesser - to be named :)

Great looking snakes :) kill me but i'll probably abuse your plan about mixing certain morphs :) maybe i'll adopt it on a go depends on the market offer around here.

Our expos suck big time. Almost no morphs. I'll need to go to Germany or something, since delivered via mail which I wouldn't really like and avoid if possible.

Not sure what to do with babies. If I'll breed them the collection will go out of control soon enough, and I'm not sure there's market big enough for all the babies I would get. And keeping all would just be suicide.

Yeah, I haven't been to a rep show yet but I have heard that the Doncaster one is quite good here so I'm going to go to that in the summer :) I would love to go to Houten or Hamm but I don't have the cash, I may be in a better financial place by the time they come back around :D

I'm fortunate that I have some really good breeders around me who do produce so fab little hatchlings at a reasonable price (although in comparison to the US they may seem quite high) I got these two for £300 which is $492!(362 euros) It seems like so much when converted to dollars!

They are worth every penny and I am very pleased with them :)

I agree with you on mailing jxl, I prefer to pick up or for the owner to courier. Nothing against mailing at all I just love to go and see them face to face and choose :)

I do mind mailing. Got too many destroyed packages, and I just wouldn't risk it. Once they managed to tore apart climbing safety equipment that that's strong enough to tow a fricking car. Don't want to imagine what handling like that would do to a precious snake.

No real breeders around here. The only option is more than less a lame expo. So Hungary, Austria or Germany are the closest decent things. I guess in 2014 I'll just have to go in Germany to see what's up. And yeah prices in Europe are usually bigger than in US. And it doesn't matter what. Electronics, cars and apparently snakes too.

Don't understand it really but look at this example. Porsche Panamera made in Germany costs ~ 100.000€ in Germany and around 70.000 over sees and yeah also made in Germany :P Don't shipping costs and taxes and customs add anything to the price rather than subtract? :P

Anyways anyone from US willing to ship me optics for DSLR cam? :) It's annoyingly cheaper than in Europe or Japan where they're made.

I'll double check I definitely can't get them in the UK, we have an american candy store in the town centre so I'll delve in and see if they sell any? I know they sell Hershy's etc

In other news, my pastel who had a good ol' strike match at me last night had changed her ways tonight :) No striking at all and no "s"ing up.

I can't see the mojave but that is a really nice lesser.

For a 'C' name I'd like to propose Clarice. I've always loved Jodie Foster.

I will be posting more pics of all of my babies and my home-made rack as soon as my grandad has made the modifications to it (he didn't trust me to put holes in the back panel or to add shelves in so I've given him a spare tub I had to work around. I can't wait to have my rack done :D Exciting stuff!

It is finding a C that suits her. People come up with some amazing names but they just aren't her :(

I think I try to go with personality and when I hear the right name I just know it.

Calypso - Greek nymph which just worked for my pastel
Claus - Klaus from VD just worked for my het albino boy
Castiel - Angel from supernatural, picked out before I got my spider and it just clicked
Cairo - I thought, bumblebee - yellow - sand - Egypt - Cairo and it works
Cheyenne - I love things native american and my gorgeous het gs girls works with that
Calais - As soon as I heard it I just knew that was the right name for my tiny little albino girly
Chaos - Suggested on a naming thread and could not have been more apt for my mojave! First night he got out of his tub somehow and he likes to move everything around. Totally chaotic!

I like things that roll of the tongue and just work which suit the colouring and personality. I haven't handled the lesser apart from before I bought her and when she slithered out as I was changing her water so I'm not sure on that but I just haven't heard the right name which clicks for her.

I know it may seem like I'm being fussy but this little girl is going to be with me for 20+ years and when she has a name that'll be her name for life :)
