What would you choose?

Right guys, I am looking into getting either a lesser or a mojave to go with one of my spider/spider combo BP's.

What would you go for? I just can't choose and unfortunately can't afford both :)

Lesser

definitely lesser. i am a fan of the lighter morphs and love how the lesser gene brightens and sometimes cleans up the pattern

I was swaying to lesser, they're the same price if I go for a male and only a slight difference for a female. Love the combinations that can come out of both though! A male would go with my bee (if sexed as a female today) and a female with my spider.

I have to many great things to say to you involving this post,I'll pick the best one and most fitting one later when I get time. CHEERIO,going to go have some tea now.

I say go with a lesser also. But it really depends what you like and what your plans are.

If you have an opinion on which morph you prefer I would appreciate hearing it. Everyone has different morph preferences.

anyway,on a serious note,Lessers and mojaves are 2 of my favorite BP morphs..but what I thinkis everything I seem to see with lesser is always awesome looking.. As for the price range,from what I have seen,they are both similar in price,so I wouldn't worry bout that much.

so I'd say go with the lesser.

Yeah, I'm going to the persons house and seeing them both. I have pictures and the lesser was the one I was drawn to but I know pictures don't do them justice. He also has pastaves but they're out of my current price range.

I think what you should do is google all different types of morph variations that have lesser genes and ones that have the mojave gene and see what type of double or triple gene whatever morphs come up see what you like and go from there.

I like the combinations of both which what they would be combined with in my own collection. I think seeing them in person and speaking to the breeder is the way forward :)

I'll steal the topic, and ask what would go nicely with my male normal BP? Was somewhat thinking to get a spider or bumblebee morph since they look so nice.

Not sure if i want to reproduce them, and if they mix or how.

Any suggestions?

But after having one adorable BP I just fell in love with them. He is picky, and as I read somewhat different than other BPs :)

They're not readily available in my area as I do love the enchi but I just cannot find a breeder with them. This is why I asked lesser/mojave as they are readily available from a breeder and I am quite partial to them :)

Personally I would go with lesser. But I like lesser stuff, and don't care for mojo's.

I'm going to view the lessers and mojaves next weekend so possibly more pics coming :D The breeder is feeding tonight and sending me further pics of both the mojave and lesser females too :)

I do like butters but no one seems to have them around my area either at the moment!

So now you have to decide which you like better. When getting new morphs always keep in mind what you want to make with them in the future. What are your goals, what do you like, etc.

Yeah I've had a look on WOBP and studied the different combinations as it would be going with my spider. I think I prefer the lesser. Got a photo of her today and she is beautiful herself!

Butters and lessers are practically the same gene just 2 different names. Lessers are amazing morphs and i love their bright colors vs the mojaves usually darker colors

I would go with the lesser female, unless your current female is close to breeder size.
Males can be found easier than females.
Either way I would go with lesser.

None of my BP's are close to breeding apart from my male het albino but he'll have a few years before his albino girlfriend is ready.

I think I will go with lesser, going to view them both and try to just come away with the one :D

Just saw your setup in the other thread, so I would definitely go female lesser.

I'm like you and I love both. So hard to choose. I would probably go with the lesser though. Just something about them that stands out a little more to me. :)

Nice looking boy!
As long as the setup is safe for the animals and their needs are met, it's better to keep it simple.
Tell the breeder to give you a great deal on both animals and keep his cheeks out of it Haha!

I like both of them, but I'm shying towards the Lesser. I'm sure he'll be happy either way!! :P

I think the breeder would give me a deal but I'm not sure I could do it:

1. I only have one new tub on order
2. My family wouldn't appreciate nothing for christmas (they're so selfish not understanding my snake needs :p )

I have the solution to those problems,
1. order a second tub
2. Tell your family you don't fell comfortable celebrating christmas because it's too commercialised.

I could get a female lesser and a male mojave and see what deal he would do and then save up for a female for the mojave when I get my male for my het genetic stripe of course...I've got something I could use as a very temporary home and I have a spare heat mat....hmm intriguing ideas!

If I come out with two new BP's is there anyone here willing to take the blame should I be found out? :D

Let's hope only one takes my eye and he doesn't make me an offer I can't say no to!

Yeah I just realised that (it's getting later here so brain say's no!)

Problem being there that I am still in need of a further two after that if I decide to pair them instead of the lesser with the spider...hmm

Need a something het gs male next summer for my het gs female but he can wait for now!

Im trying to get the funds up for a female het russo i have a male i like the white diamonds best out of all the bels

If you get the rack the day before or after christmas then technically it's not a christmas present.

I love your way of thinking!! I would go as far to say that if it is not put into my place until after christmas it was also not a christmas present but a general act of generosity from my family ;)

Might see what deals I can get from the breeder and I'm sure you guys will hear from me at the weekend about what I ended up bringing home! :D

Either way, both would go nicely in my collection no matter which way I go. I think the female lesser is set in my mind but until I've seen them and the parents it could go either way :)
