    F/t feeding tutorial??
I have had a lot of success getting young ball pythons and live feeders moved over to f/t. All 11 of my current balls are on f/t. I see so many posts about people struggling to get their snakes on f/t. Would anyone want a tutorial video? I wouldn't have a problem making a video for the forum on how I do it. What does the forum think? should we start a f/t feeding video tutorial page to post videos of our different techniques best suited to get these picky buggers moved over to f/t?

I would love to see a video on moving over from mice to rats, F/T of coarse. I have had a little trouble switching from live to F/T, but not near as much as switching from mice to rats. Maybe you could include that in the video?

I can do a mice to rats video too! I can be hard, but if you're doing f/t its not too tough. I will get work on videos over the next few feedings

Just a little update! I have been busy this last week, but I have got some of it done. I need to get some f/t rats for the other part of the video. It may take some time to edit everything, so it doesn't look sloppy.

If people would just learn to use the search feature I would be happy. Its the same questions over and over when they have been answered time and time again. Even with a video the question will be asked and then answered until somebody links the video thread. It would be the same process. IMHO.

Also be prepared for discussion on your method. We all have out little quirks and think their the best. The last person I remember posting "how to videos" about bloods was not well received and is not active any longer. Just things to consider.

I think if it were me I would send your videos to some of the mods to get their opinion/approval first. They may see an issue in wording or actions that may confuse a noob and could help sort any issues out before making it official.

    Just my 2cents. Good luck!

I have always thawed all my rats and mice in the same bag. This Crosses the scents really well and I have never had a snake refuse to switch to rats.

I use hot water to thaw and heat my feeders.

I do this too. Well, I thaw overnight in the fridge and warm with water for most feedings.
Have had no issue switching BP's to rats but, both Carpets still refuse rats (one is now almost 6 feet and getting to be an expensive diner date due to his choice on the menu). The juvie Carpet with constrict and "kill" a F/T rat yet refuses to eat them. I must be missing something because she is in hunting mode 2 days after a feeding until I touch her with the hook or my hand depending on where she is.

I'd love a video! My bp's are on live right now and I'd like them to go to F/T, but every time I try they refuse.
