    Queenbee or lesserbee
    Hi all!
I have recently purchased my first ball python and absolutely love her. When I got her she was listed as a lesserbee, but I think she is a Queenbee. Is there anyway anyone can tell me the difference in looks? I know the parents were a Queenspin and a normal and I know the genetics could make either one. I know the breeder knows more than me about it but I still wonder. I'm going to try and post a picture of her. Her name is stormborn

The head looks pretty light but it's hard to tell from the pics I think it's a queen bee

if I only saw a picture of this python and no parents listed I would say it is a Queenbee .. could be a very clean Lesserbee though .. I guess the breeder couldn't be 100% sure either so he was forced to sell her as a Lesserbee .. I guess you will have to wait for the babies to know for sure :)

I haven't produced anything yet, so take me with a grain of salt. But am I the only one thinking lesser bee?

Same head pattern as mine also. Yours is just a lil lighter.

99.9% sure this girl was a Nuclear Spider, but I had to sell her as a Butter Bee (Nuclear x Spider pairing).

There is way to much variation in the Lesser/Butter gene alone to know for sure until you prove it out.
