Itty-Bitty Scaly Committee Update!

Yes, I know I've only got two cold-blooded babies, but it's soon to be three, and I just found my good camera, so it's time to share again!

Here's my big guy (girl? 4TheSnakeLady offered to sex him officially this weekend, so I'll know for certain* whether to call my babe Magnus or Maggie!), weighing in at 550g:

She's happy until it's time for handling, then she runs. Heh. She hasn't gone blackbeard at me since the first week though. She's just got a lot of sass.

Thank you! They are my pride and joy. Now if only Rhaegal would attempt a growth spurt and become a big fat dragon! Magnus is attempting it for both of them...

Nessie's as great and chubby as ever, and I got a beautiful camera a few weeks ago, so I tested it out with a preliminary session with my girls. Nessie was first, since she's larger, lazier, and easier to manipulate (unless she wants to explore-- fortunately, she behaved for me that day.)

She's been a tough one to get eating, but we have an understanding now, and she's continued getting longer while not really getting chubbier just yet. I anticipate that changing soon, now that she's eating on the regular.

Izzy has come out of her shell and now enjoys spending her time pretending to be a tree snake off my glasses.

Nessie has been cranky because I haven't fed her yet this week, so no new photos of her just yet.
