    Hi,

    Is it possible it is going through a bad shed?

    Does it look wrinkly? Are its belly scales feeling rough?

    Pictures would certainly help find out what the problem is.

    It's not wrinkly and belly is smooth has spots on her that look like there getting ready to shed

    Just make sure your humidity is high then if you think she's about to shed.
    It sounds like your humidity is too low if she's going to shed in pieces.

    So all the things I've read here are pointing towards humidity. Can anyone give me some ideas on how to keep a glass Viv humid enough please

    Mist the tank often, cover 3/4 of the top with foil or saran wrap.

    Bump up humidity and keep it up,also,idk but I'd think try lightly misting him if possible...I do it to my boy and it helps . Add some moss to the tank,sphagnum,that should help with humidity
