For years I dropped listening to music to listen to talk. Now lately I've been listening to Dre and Snoop.

I listen to just about everything but I love Dre and snoop/snoop lion lol. I've been a dancer for about 8 years doing modern, ballet, jazz, and hip-hop. So I listen to a lot of strange music that a lot of people don't know about or have never heard before especially when it comes to modern dance. Lots and lots of alternative music. But I love all kinds of rock & roll and heavy metal! I would list a bunch of artist but it would be crazy long lol.

Everything from southern rap to electronic. I'm really digging this guy named greives at the moment. He has a pretty good message with a great flow. You should check him out!

Everything from Death Metal to Dubstep.

Hard rock and metal, any type of devil music :)

60's psychedelic rock and old skool punk mostly...

Anything that isn't boring, (coughclassicalcough) country, or pop crap.
Satan music, basically. Rap, metal, death-metal, (Nile, anyone?) dubstep, and other varying forms of electronic music.

Short answer: metal

I am picky, though. Very little of what I listen to will ever get any radio play. 99% of the "metal" you hear on the radio or tv is crap. It is just cheaply made garbage with one purpose: to have the media cram it down our throats so as to make a quick buck. Feeling, complexity, atmosphere and originality is what I look for. Bands like Opeth, Soulfallen, Daylight Dies, Mastodon, Machine Head, Turbid North, Kalmah, Children Of Bodom, Okera, Between The Buried And Me, Necrophagist, etc encompass my taste. A few bands that get radio play that I enjoy are Bullet For My Valentine, Killswitch Engage, Lamb Of God and a handful of others.

Nothing I listen to gets radio play,I listen to nothing main stream... For hip hop Necro,Kool Keith,Dr.Octagon, Company flow and some older hip hop from the early 90's..other words everything I listen to is never played on the radio. Bands like Sworn Enemy,Agnostic Front,Sick of It All,MadBall,Terror, Ten of Swords,Palehorse,Skarhead,Bulldoze. That's just to name a few.

I'm a big metal fan. I'm not talking about the wanna be metal bands we have today. I'm talking about pantera, megadeth, tallica, anthrax, slayer, etc.

Metal is definitely my favorite genre but i also enjoy others. Im pretty sure you could give me any genre and i could find SOMETHING in it that i like. I'm pretty easy going.

I don't really like electronic but there are definitely bands that i like that incorporate similar stuff into their music. Steve miller band is psychedelic which is close enough to electronic for me lol. Rush and ELO both have a lot of electronic sounds too imo.

It real comes down to what you think electronic music is, for me it's techno and dubstep and their misc sub-genres. Not bands who incorporate electronic noises into their music. By the stroke, all music that uses an electric guitar is electronic music. ;)

my mood has an effect on what i listen to honestly. some days im just chilln listening to pac and biggie, others im ready to drop kick someone and want to listen to ozzy and iron maiden. but i always have my edm to make me feel better no matter what lol

Sweet. Burzum is one you don't hear of often. Varg Vikiernes is an interesting fellow, no doubts there. Not a big black metal fan, in all honesty. I favor more melodic music. Find any other musical gold?

Grieves is the truth!!! Him and the rest of Rhymesaters too pretty much....lots of Lupe, some Kendrick Lamar.

I listen to a little bit of everything but my favorite band is Metallica.

I listen to just about everything, but Country is by far the largest genre on my iPod. R&B and Hip Pop would be next.

I listen to lots of stuff. Most metal, industrial, electronic-industrial-type stuff (aggrotech, cyberpunk, cybergoth, etc.), gothic rock, alternative rock, general electronic stuff, punk rock, deathrock, even some pop-y stuff (not like Katy Perry or Lady Gaga, mind you). I'll even casually listen to classical or opera. Not often, and I don't really pay attention to composers. My favorite band of all time is Marilyn Manson, though. I first started listening to him in 2007, and they got me through some tough times. I've been trying to branch out, so I don't listen to them as much anymore. I would like to just sit down and listen to all their albums again at some point when I get my stereo system back, though.

Just some example of bands that I listen to more than a couple of songs and at least decently often: Centhron, Psyclon Nine, Opiate for the Masses, the Cure, Angelspit, Deathstars, Murderdolls, Wednesday 13, Nachtmahr, and Rammstein. The only band that I know really anything about is Marilyn Manson, though. lol I don't get obsessive of many bands, so I may know a few things about the bands I listen to but not much. Most my obsession is over snakes. haha

I just started listening to a few bands: Kommunity FK, Fear Cult, Alien Sex Fiend.
