    lucky my spider ball python
    it came out and was able to get a pic thought id share :) my friend was saying he looks to light to be a normal spider than the pics he's seen online could there be something else going on?

    I'm not sure what's going on, but in the second picture half his body looks to be caved in???

    Yeah was turned around, also has a mouse in him as we was told yesterday was feeding time. sorry about not getting his head in that other pic. I didn't want to disturb much as it was roughly 12hrs since it ate when I took the photo.

    He looks very skinny to me. As far as what he is, I just see spider. Spiders can vary alot in their coloration and looks.

    You sure, he doesn't to me in person he was kinda pressed against the glass and was stretching to move near the end is where he was turning.

    I just bought a 3 week old hatchling that's very thin as well,hope he isn't a trouble feeder..going to feed him this koan...fuzzies for now and for a few weeks til he takes it good then I'll go to hoppers.

    feed ya guy two times a week or every 4-5 days..he does look a bit thin

    My suggestion would be to try and switch to rats as soon as you can. Do you feed frozen/thawed or live?
    I have 5 week old hatchlings on rat pups right now and I feel like they could be taking bigger...but each snake is different and they're not all the same size when they come out of the egg.
