Offspring from these two of Greg Maxwell's GTP's:

Only $2,000USD, but I can't think of any snake I'd find prettier.

Just one? That's hard to pick. I would absolutely love to have a leucistic ball python of any eye color, but an ETB or a GTP (I'm not too picky) would be amazing to have as well. And there's a part of me that would really like to have a cobra as well.

I think i'll go with an Angolan Python. They are pretty rare in collections still, and not way too expensive. I just love the coloring in those guys.

Ahhh...I couldn't pick just one. I love all the giant snakes, but especially burms and true red-tails. (Which I know aren't quite so giant as a burm, but still very large!) Those would be the space-issue dreams. As for the money-issue dreams...quite a variety of bp morphs and other rare pythons. I'd also really love to have an eastern indigo!

    You and me both JLC.
Have owned 2 Indigos back in the day (late 60's early 70's) and will own another but probably not for another 5 years or so. Gotta get the last girl out of the house before I commit to my dream snakes.

what would your dream snake be
anything that isn't dropped off on my doorstep, or wild caught, or emaciated, well the list goes on.
I guess my dream would be to not own any, but to be able to travel and see them in their natural environment.
Maybe not the right answer, but I definatly couldn't pick just one.

    Hmmm - I'd say a Boelen's or a pair of CBB black-phase white-lipped pythons.

ohhhh yeah, black white lipped python... Those are some sweet looking snakes.
I'd also like to get into jaguar coastal carpet pythons. I think in the next 10 years or so carpet python morphs will get fairly popular... (they are just finding different possible morphs)

If money and logistics were no objects, I would have to say, I'd want an anaconda. They are just such huge, beautiful animals. I know there are people out there who keep them, and if they're successful keepers, I sincerely admire them.
But logically, I do not want anything that could potentially and reasonably kill me! I think that my dream sbnake, therefore, would be a regular old Ball Python like the ones I have now. Morphism and what's "in style" really have no effect on me; I'd rather have a nicely behaved and well-feeding Ball than something I've been convinced looks better.
But gee whiz, those piebalds are HOT.
