    Super Fire Super Butter
Mike willbanks has recently produced a super fire super butter. What do you think of this new achievement? I can't really tell but from the picture on WoBP the snake appears to be pure white with black eyes rimmed with blue and red pupils. Is this the first?

Would be nice if the banner would go away so you could see the whole snake...

still hard to make out the eye color exactly, but regardless I think it's pretty cool, always wondered what it would look like.

    Thanks!

Looks like the eye is half blue and half black... guess that make sense as it's technically a black eyed and a blue eyed leucistic. And jeez, talk about a white snake...

I would really love this snake even more if it had the super fire piebald markings. and if it had the butters faded belly on those marks too.

really pretty, i like the eyes :)

but its not really that big of a project, not so hard to make.

making a double super is easier than making a double recessive.

assuming you can tell what a super fire lesser or a super lesser fire looks like, which if you can't.... it's actually almost the same as a double recessive.

Ummmm it is the exact same odds... A butter fire x butter fire would result in a 1 in 16 odds of getting a double super the exact same as a double het snow x double het snow.

absolutely true, just that instead of invisible hets you have visual codominant morphs which makes the tracking easier :) you cannot breed a het axanthic to a het albino and then pick out the double hets :)

but OhhWatALoser also has a point, dfferentiating between 5 different white snakes may also be a bit tricky. with lesser fire to lesser fire you can get super lesser, super fire, lesser super fire, fire super lesser, and super fire super lesser.

Just FYI, for future browsing.... Click on the little magnifying symbol in the top right corner of the banner to bring up the full size image...then click on the "hide info" link in the same spot on the banner. The banner goes away and you can see the full picture. :)

Regardless, it's definitely gorgeous. I know it's only from one angle but I can't see any yellow or grey anywhere, and those eyes are really cool.

Wrong, a double super is exactly the same odds as making a double recessive ... 1 in 16 odds for either. Technically a double super is a double heterozygous snake, same odds

Yep, dredging it up since that was never address, lol ...
