They are Black Pastel Pieds and we rocked the odds. The pairing was Black Pastel Pied to Pied female, got 6 eggs and hit 4.1 Black Pastel Pieds and .1 Pied:gj:

the ridiculously high amount of white makes me wonder if there maybe is something else involved, like maybe spider.

or does cinnamon lead to higher percentages of white?

anyway, i think everyone would be very satisfied with that clutch :)

Black Pastel Pieds are always very high white. This is the third year we have produced them and they never fail to be around 98% white;)
