    Biggest Bp in your collection?
I was watching a video from Brian Gundy of FGS and he was showing his 5000 gram pastel female.

I was blown away. Got me thinking about who else has these giant BP girls.
What's the biggest BP you guys own? Pics would be awesome :)

My biggest girl is JUST shy of 4000 grams, shes at about 3950.

She just ate so I won't handle her but I thought I would show you guys.

I put a sharpie next to her for size comparison. She's enormous. I bought her as a proven 11 egger. But I am hoping to break that record as she hasn't been bred since 2010.

Normal 4 yo female that was given to us earlier this year as a 1400 gr "male" - her former owner fed "her" a small rat every two weeks. She's 1800 grams and pounding a medium every week now. I couldn't imagine having one at 5000 grams!

    Biggest Bp in your collection?
    3500g +

I think she would eat every night if I gave her the chance.

We have a normal girl at nearly 5000grams, a couple of normal girls in the 4200 -4400gram range, and a YB female at nearly 4800grams. We have several in the 3000 gram range. Gotta love those big girls!

Great idea for a thread. I was wondering about this the other day. It seems the bigger BPs don't get the picture/video love like the babies. I can't really join in this thread because to show you 5,000g of snake I would need to take my girls pic nearly 10 times.

here's a pic of my big normal females when she was almost 5100 grams. she in a cb-70 tub. behind her the newspaper is touching the back of the tub and her water dish is touching the front of the tub. the pastel clown male was only put in to show her size. he was somewhere around 700 grams if I remember correctly. she's been eating since this pic. I had to zero my scale with a drywall bucket on the scale's bowl to weigh her.

she is towards the bottom of a reptile basic's cb-70 rack system that's 12 high. when she strikes at the rat, she'll spill all 12 water bowls!

Why is it that most of the big (4,000g+) BPs seem to be normal? I have nothing against normals its just something I have noticed when going threw youtube. Its there something in some morphs that stunts their growth or lifespan?

EDIT: Or could it be that there are just so many more out there that the odds are in there favor when it comes to having giant specimens?

Well, a lot of the bigger girls are 10+ years old. 10 years ago there weren't nearly as many morphs as there are today. 10 years from now there will be huge females that are multigene morphs.
