Spider X Normal= Pinstripe?

Well, my male Spider Ball python breed to my Normal female turned out to be a very slow incubation at near 87F. They started hatching a few days ago and a weird looking Spider and a Normal are the only ones out of the seven eggs but another Spider has its head out now. Can anybody tell me what is wrong with this Spiders pattern? http://s1330.photobucket.com/user/tj...?sort=3&page=1

Looks like a nice reduced Spider, Pins usually have a lot more breakup in their patterns.

It's a spider with a full stripe! some people LOVE this kind of pattern on spiders.

You people might know, but if you breed a similar one to that one will you get 75% all the same looking?

Spider patternings can vary greatly in spider x normal pairings, but if you prove it out in multiple generations, it could maybe qualify as a line of spider. I personally wouldn't hold my breath about getting a repeat pattern in babies, but definitely a very pretty lil snake there!

(Disclaimer-- I'm not much for genetics, so if anyone knows better, please do correct me, but as I understand, patternings in Spiders are as variable as wobble severity, etc.)

If the second baby spider in the other egg proves to have the same pattern could it also be something genetic.

breed him back to the mom, looks to me like somethings goin on with her

nothing "wrong" with the spiders pattern at all. looks awesome. lol mom looks like she could have some harlequin type genetics goin on which probably contributed to the sweet pattern.

Looks like a baby version of my breeder female. Love that look on a spider!
