We're new to ball pythons and we're Just curious as to what our new little guy is. Thinking cinnamon, but I'd rather take an experts word on it.https://scontent-b-ord.xx.fbcdn.net/...17967958_n.jpg

Sweet little normal, as they are commonly called. I myself don't like that word. It makes them seem somehow....inferior...I guess is the word? I like the term Classic myself, it makes them sound more.....sophisticated somehow. ;)

But don't let the fact it isn't a morph bother you. I have a number of Classic's in my collection, and they are some of my favorite snakes. Most ball python people, even people as big as NERD and Ralph Davis have Classics. Truthfully, if it weren't for the Classics, most of us wouldn't have gotten in to these snake to begin with, nor would we have the wide variety of morphs we do now without them.

Can you tell I'm an advocate for the "lowly normal"? :D

I am perfectly okay with him being a normal :)

We picked him because of his looks, and he probably wont be our last bp haha
Thank you all for your input!

Here's a couple more of him with the good camera.
