That is absolutely horrible! I have a (step brother in law?) wife's dads step kid, who is retarded. Guy is like 6'8" 380lbs, capable of ripping your arms off, but all he wants to do is hug.

The kind of person it takes to write a letter like this is the kind of person that needs to be euthanized, not that poor boy who had no choice how he turned out. If she has such a problem with retarded children maybe she needs to go live in a trailer in the woods, and her normal child can be taken away from that monster an placed with a mentally healthy family, instead of with her.

I hope they find out who wrote it.

Yeah I saw that letter a few days ago floating around on FB. As terrible as that must have been for the recipient of the letter, I really feel bad for the children of the writer - that is their role model and parental figure. They are going to grow up thinking it's okay to treat people that way...

Yeah, authorities are aware of it, and it was given to family friends of some music artist up there who tweeted about it.

I didn't really dig to much, but the (I assume music) people are acting pretty serious about this.
