I LOVE my vision cage, however when my BP gets bigger I may go with the AP T8 simply because I can't justify the $345 for the right sized vision, espcially if my collection grows.

I personally use plastic tubs in racks. But My favorite type of cage would be PVC cages from Animal Plastics. Good size displays and quality for the price.

Is that just 2 t8s with divider in the middle? Or 4 t8s? They look great and on sale for only 150 right now with the sliding door. May have to make a purchase! Which kind of door did you get?

    Thanks!

Those are two T8's with a divider in each. Looks like glass sliding doors with locks.

I'll buck the trend and say I still like glass. It works very well for me and is easy to find.

But, I am in the process of setting up some x-PVC cages from Herphouses from Jason in Oakville via another Jason from A Reptile Dysfunction. The price was very fair the build quality is great.
The only thing I don't see that I would like is a 3-4mm quarter round radius machined into all outside edges.
From my limited use of x-PVC before I can already tell I am going to really like these although I may one day replace the doors with glass if I find a glass drill-bit the right size to switch the lock over.

Exactly. The newspaper is in there to clutter it up a bit since my girls are still relatively small.

The PVC cages are a really nice compromise for a keeper who wants a display and the snake. They have 3 solid sides for security and a clear door or doors in front for visibility. They even work pretty well if you expand your collection because they stack. Glass isn't stackable. Snakes love the security of racks and you can house a lot of snakes in a small area, but you won't see them without opening the tubs. I personally use tubs for my BPs and colubrids and PVC cages for my carpets, bloods, and boa.

Vision cages are great, but as mentioned a little more money. AP and ProLine cages are good companies with good cages. If you go racks AP, CSerpents, Reptile Basics, and Dragons4you (PVC) all have great products. Dragons4you have many rack sizes in stock, ready to ship right now.
