    NARBC Arlington!
Who will be there? Will you be shopping or vending? If shopping, are you going there In search of a particular animal or just browsing?

I'll be there working with The Reptile Report and wearing my TRR shirt. I'll either be at the table or wandering the show. So be sure to say "HI" if you see me!! I love meeting BP.net peeps! And be sure to say "HI" to Robyn Markland and Chad Brown, too!

I will be there Saturday and probably Sunday too! I'm picking up FIVE new additions from Chris (Sanscera) as well as a new rack from C-Serpents! I'll also be window shopping to see what I might want to add to my collection in the spring or early next summer.

I would love to say hello to all yall but I have no idea what yall even look like xD But. Oh well. I suppose I should wear an obnoxious shirt to identify myself by.

Eric, I 'll have to look on my desktop so I can jump to the post, tapatalk won't jet me ;)

I will, however, be attending with one if my best friends. We're both in our 20s and she has bright red hair and is in a wheelchair. I'm "fluffy" and not in a wheelchair. I'm pretty sure there won't be another pair like us xD

Looking forward to meeting you. If you're bringing anything close to what you've been posting recently, you'd better have some stadium seating in front of your displays - and plenty of empty pillow cases for all of the money people will be throwing at you! :D

You guys don't know how I feel- a fellow Texan without a ride. So close yet so far! :'(

Oh by the way, as a reminder somebody should bring a paper petition to protest the possible Lacey Act listing for the remaining five constrictors, as well as another one to protest the FWS exclusion from NEPA regulations. :) Thanks.
And if anyone can do me a favor, see if there are any Burmese python and yellow anaconda breeders in Texas. Pleeaase? :please:

That's awesome. It's great to see that there's still hope for burm availability. What morphs are they breeding?

She has a green het granite female and a granite het green male and I believe she has a granite female as well. She mainly breeds her retics but she's got a few burms she's growing out with the intentions to breed. All her burms are puppy dog tame. I love going over to her place.

I'm leaving my house in Houston tomorrow at 6 am. I've got to drive to Denton to pick up my sister and drop off a hatchling corn (so it can sit in the air conditioning until it's delivered to it's new owner on Sunday) so we will be there when we can xD We're planning on being in Denton by 11 and then we'll eat some lunch. Hopefully we'll be at the snow by 1 or so. All my snakes I'm picking up are already paid for so there's no rush for me to be first at the door.

BTW: We should all meet up and say hello to one another. I like to match names with faces since I remember faces better than names xD

Anyone who would like to meet up, feel free to send me a PM with your number and/or I'll send you my number - much quicker than sending PMs at the show. My wife and I are leaving Houston around 6am, so we'll be there right around 10am (and staying as long as I can convince her - shouldn't be that difficult).

    See you soon!

PS - It's hilarious that a few of us live well within 30 minutes of each other, yet the first time we're meeting in person will be 4 hours away in Arlington...

Let her know that people still want Burms! Lol
Texas is the second biggest state in the US of A, even with an exporter port and reptile specialist vets. It's probably one of the best places to own any Lacey Act restricted animals. You can move a Burmese python from one biome to the next without breaking any federal laws. Ha!
Hypo granite burms probably have the best pattern on any nonvenomous snake. Leopard pattern ftw! Greens look like dragons! :)

I can't wait until videos leak! Did somebody bring a petition too?

    Yeah - I figured. :D

All I brought back were pictures, good conversations, and a few new found connections with breeders who were cool to chat with - all in all a good day. :gj:

It was also pretty cool seeing more than a handful of world's firsts. Some day...

Getting ready to leave my sister's apartment to head back to the show! I'm finally going to pick up my new additions! Pictures will be posted when I get back to Houston or tomorrow. I want to get pictures of them in natural light and I won't be home until tomorrow evening and may not have light to take pictures.

I'm still sorting the pics. We had a great time. I did manage to meet JLC and Ben (Renick Reptiles). :) I wish I could of met more but I spent more time trying to get the youngest to stop touching everything in sight (first time at an expo). He was obviously in overload mode. :D We almost left with a Sand Boa and a Brazilian Rainbow Boa, but I was quickly reminded to pace myself :(. Nonetheless, it was a great day trip and the little ones had a blast. Maybe for the local H-Town folks a quick meet up around town might just be in order. :)

For those who made it, I hope you had just as much fun as we did. Until the next one.

BTW: finally getting around to getting my rack set up with my new additions. I'll be posting some quick shots tonight and better ones tomorrow
