A few new balls!

A long time ago in a galaxy far far away i was talking to Timmy (lyfoti) about what direction i wanted to take my breeding plans and decided a hypo fire male would work very well with what direction i wanna go. Lucky for me, Tim knew EXACTLY where i should take my money! (He's such a pal, making me spend the greenbacks lol). I contacted Chris (Sancera) and he let me know how long i'd have to wait for his gals to drop clutches. With a lot of time and patience i (we) decided this little guy would be the perfect one for me!

1.0 Hypo Fire

He took a f/t mouse for me last nite so i decided to drag him out for a few pics today. No flash, just natural light coming in through the window. These show his colors much more accurately:

Chris is quite a character and was amazing to work with. I know without a doubt i'll be getting more snakes from him in the future. Can't recommend him enough. :gj:

My next two balls came from Kelly at Kelly's Balls. She was also great to work with! Prompt with answering my emails and any questions i had, and for providing pics of the animals i inquired about. The two girls i got from her are both in the 1300-1400g range and both took f/t rats last nite after previously being live feeders. (I must have the magic touch! :p). I'd recommend her to anyone too! :)

0.1 Spider het hypo.
This is my first snake with the spider gene and i'm pretty excited to finally add it to my collection. I love the quirkiness that comes along with the wobble and corkscrewing. She doesn't have it that bad at all imo. I love how reduced she is, not dots on her. She's pretty low white too i'd say.

Second gal, 0.1 Hypo.
This girl has tons of blushing and is so light. As soon as kelly sent the pic of her i knew i had to have her. My other hypo is a lot more orangey, has more darker purplely hues, and is busier. It'll be cool to have the variety and see how their offspring differ.

So planned future pairings once everyone's big enough will be:

1.0 Fire Hypo to: 0.2 Hypos, 0.1 Spider het hypo, 0.1 Fire.
I like fires with a funky patterns and lots of blushing so i'm pretty excited to pair the fire hypo to the fire. I love BELs too!

I think i'll get a 1.0 pied to give me the best chances to prove out my 0.1 cinny 50% ph pied.

That leaves my 0.1 yellowbelly, 0.1 lesser, 0.1 cinnamon and 0.1 normal without a boyfriend. I was thinking of getting either a super male or another hypo combo male so i could run the males as backups to each other. If anyones read this long ass post this far i'd be happy to hear any suggestions as to what male you'd get to put to those 4 girls.

Great new pick up! Congrats. As far as suggestions for you though, I just picked up a fire jigsaw het hypo male and cant wait to get him into my females next season. Maybe something like him would be good for you to get.

Southern Breeder- I'm not a huge fan of pin stuff so i wouldnt get a jigsaw. I wanna add mojo at some point but it has to be the right one. Calico is on my list too. A hypo calico would be pretty sweet.... :D

Sweet new pickups! As far as what to pair to the remaining girls, I think a pastel enchi male would be sweet!

Heyyyy i don't like all dark stuff! And even though my YB is dark, shes still a YELLOWbelly. :p

I was considering a killerbee but idk for sure yet. A SPOG would be sweet too.

Awesome snakes :) I'm going to be working with the hypo gene as well. I just put down a deposit on a pastel hypo girl and I have a hypo butter boy I'm eying at the moment.. Hopefully gonna find a het hypo spider as high quality as that beauty you have! I love her reduced pattern. The fire boy is a little stunner.

Destiny- Brian from Breaking Balls has a butter het hypo to het hypo pairing going on right now. He mentioned there was a already a list but idk if people are more after males or females. He's got high quality stuff, idk if you'd be interested or not, just thought i'd throw it out there.

This is the fire girl i'll be pairing that fire hypo boy to. Can't wait for BEL's from that clutch!

I don't want a pied bc i already have a female cinny het pied who will get a pied boyfriend when shes big enough. I don't really want anything else as far as a pied project goes. I Already have 2 cinny females so i don't wanna add another male with the gene. I like the idea of an ivory a lot buttttt i'd HAVE to see the parents of the ivory to know what type of YB's its gunna throw lol
