Photo thief, Dave Santos of 'Trippin Ball Morphs'
Came across this guy and his cohort, Ricky Mena, on Facebook using one of my photos of a Banana for Santos' banner, avatar and perhaps business card. They also claim that Dave Santos either produced it or using it as a breeder. Well, in nonsensical broken English, "that is one of the snakes he breeded in the pic".

When I contacted him about it, he did not reply and instead blocked me on FB.

Please spread the word about this putz and his Aaron Hernandez look-a-like buddy.

Here is a screenshot of his FB page with the banner they made.

Here is a screenshot from Brock Wagner's website of my photo, the very same photo they stole.

It upsets me to think people like that are forcing animals to breed and attempting to care for them and take care of new life in the world.

Oh man, they probably have human children...

Sorry to hear this, it such a nice picture. A real shame it got stolen and is being used like this. It's the only reason why his site looks good.

I'm with Doolittle too...this is why I've started marking my photos. I'm by no means a photographer, but my photos aren't horrible quality. It sucks that we have to be so cautious around people.

I read the thread on Facebook and I just love how Dave tried to cover himself. Just sayin'.

I don't understand why some large breeders fail to watermark their photos?

It's like leaving your credit card number on your website....

*Update* Photos have been taken down. Santos apologized multiple times to me. He was unaware who I was when I first contacted him through FB as my page is private and unaware that the photos were copyright protected. He said he saw a nice photo online and used it but won't do it again, as he now knows all photos are copyright protected by the owner and can't be used by any other person/party.
    Problem resolved.

More like a failure of family and society. Stupidity should be painful, if not lethal. That way, the gene pool is kept clean. Ya pickin' up what I'm puttin' down?
