Bumping this thread, i wanna see them too, and some labeled combos if you have them. I'm on the fence about this morph...

"Ozzy" @ Ozzy Boids is all I needed to convince me that there will definitely be Orange Dream in my future plans.

Here is his website, complete with his "Dream Teams" on the home page - http://www.ozzyboids.com/

He's also got a YouTube channel, with this being his most recent update on the Orange Dream project - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuXlmmXmgRw :O

The "regular" combos are pretty sweet looking, but when you get into the supers the drool factor gets turned up to 11.

    Hope this helps!

eh.. how many times have you heard the same with yellowbellies and argued against it? lol like i've said a hundred times, the supers and combos are where it's at! nothing comes close to some of the super OD combos when it comes to crisp contrast and bright colors. even if it does look "normal," so do het ultramels, and i would love to have one of those in my rack simply because of what it is capable of producing. i'll be using the OD as kind of "visual het" with the goal of hitting supers. much like a recessive project, except with these, the "hets" will add more to the offspring's appearances than traditional simple recessives.

The difference is that a quality YB doesn't look normal. The quality OD's i'm seeing in this thread just look like orange tinted normals... YB's have headstamps, flames, blushing, different patterns. I'm just not seeing it with OD's. the peachy looking sides are nice but thats about all i see in them...

then think of it as a recessive project where the "hets" can be picked out, similar to piebalds. hell, 10 years ago the OD probably would've been dubbed recessive anyways. there's no denying the homozygous form and its combos are phenomenal. would you not work with a gene simply because it required a homozygous form to REALLY shine? (i.e. any recessive project. lol) even some of the single gene combos are crazy too. have you seen the leopard orange dream or the lesser dream bee?

lol to each their own though. everyone has their own "flavor" of ball pythons. some morphs i could care less for while others are head over heals for em.

I am not crazy about the OD itself either, but it's true also for several mutations (Pin, YB Pastel, Mystic etc).
The motivation to add this boy to my collection was simply about what I can do with him (like other mutations), my goal is not too produce more of the same, but to get what I really want (Super OD Fire Spider, Leopard OD, etc).

Sometime buying an animal is about the big picture. ;)

I'm a little late to this party, but since there were so few pictures posted I don't think anyone will mind a thread resurrection. :D

Markus Jayne made a post on here a while back it contains pics of over 20 orange dream morphs they have produced and it definitely got me into the orange dreams :)

    http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...e-Dream-Morphs!

I don't own one myself yet but I can't wait to get into the orange dreams. They clean and enhance colors and I love it! I personally love the way the orange dream looks on it's own! Lol.
