Need opinion on two weird looking Normals
Here are pictures of 2 Balls that are supposed to be Normals, but they are looking rather odd :).
I will tell what the pairing was after few opinions first :).

This is our third clutch ever and out of 9 eggs we got those 2, that we thought were normals until they crawled out of the eggs :).

So what do you guys and gals think? Nice blushed Normals with clear bellies, or something else? :D

If you know the pairing, then tell us so we can have a better educated decision. Withholding that information seems silly to me. Do you want an answer, or do you just wanna play games :confusd:

Ok, so the pairing was Pinstripe female x Lesser male :).

I just figured that if something weird is going on, it will be better to withdraw this information, not to cloud judgement, but I guess you're right :).

Photos of the parents might help as well, someone might see something in one of them that you did not.

    Thanks for the info.

It's definitely worth holding back, and breeding back to its mother. The blushing is awesome! The belly doesn't scream special to me, because I've seen normals with really busy bellies and some with pretty clear bellies.

Actually they are both females so that will be hard :/. Best would be if we hit a pair too pair them together :).

Wow they are really cool! Maybe dad's pattern was passed on, or something else? I don't know! People have definitely bought/bred calicos without knowing it. Some calicos are very normal looking.

looks like some lesser trait to me... could it be a het thing going on? never bred before so just asking

Lessers are codominant so they do not have a reccesive trait, and that means no hets :)

Good, cause the lesser looks like he's got something more going on then the Pin does, good luck hopefully something cool pops out for you in a couple years.

No - steady 31.8 degrees ( 89 F ). Even if it would happen, shouldn't the rest of the offspring also have something going on, like weird pattern etc.?

I think your lesser is more than a lesser. Your "normals" look like YB to me. I'd bet your lesser is a lesser YB. It would be worth trying to ask whomever produced it if that's a possibility. (maybe you produced him...)

    Definitely cool babies. Congrats!

the "normals" look like fires to me. lesser male might be a lesser fire, but i'm not sure what those look like as adults. my second guess would be yb, or something new.

I don't think they are fires because either parent that would be fire would look differently :). And with YB it's not so apparent :).

Also I didn't produce him, and from what I found out he was from a Normal x Lesser pairing :).
