Which Super Pastel would you choose?
Snake A is 209 grams and female
Snake B is 550 grams female

Both snakes are the same price, asking $400, from same seller.

    Which one would you choose?

    A

Have you planned what to pair her with? To me the pattern on the first one is phenominal, I'd choose her.

I am not a breeder, so for now just a pet. But I still want a quality animal. Both are nice and docile and easy to handle which is the first requirement. I may breed later on down the road, just for the experience.
    IF I did, I would likely be interested in producing one of the following;
    Dragonfly
    Superblast
    Bumblebee or Killerbee
    Killer Clown

Those are the snakes that interest me.

Oh, forgot to mention, Snake B is also 66% poss. het for albino. Not that I would be interested in making pastel albinos.

I would go for the first, the second seems really browned out but that may just be the lighting in that pic. I just happen to like lighter and more yellow pastels.

    Yeah, take the first one....
Balls quit eating for no reason, so if you choose the second one because it weighs a bit more, and it stops eating, you are going to regret your decision. Number one looks nice...

I know their eating habits, this wouldn't be my first one. Just first of this morph. :)

I like the first one. :)

Re: Which Super Pastel would you choose?
In my opinion the 2nd one is starting to brown to early for being a super pastel at 500g. On the other hand if they ate from the same line chances are snake A will end up like that. I'd go with snake A and take my chances with that.

Maybe its just me but #2 the whole picture looks washed out. If it's really the picture that not good I would vote for #2. I think those markpngfs are really cool! #1 looks awesome as well but I like the pattern on #2 a bit more.

I would ask for a picture with both of them together so you can really compare apples to apples on how they look...but I would be leaning heavily in the direction of going with the first one.

I would choose the first based solely on pattern. I LOVE the pattern on that baby.

Those aren't very good pictures at all but I would chose number one, that pattern is awesome. I would ask for clear pictures of each snake taken in the same lighting conditions. Would give a better idea for comparison. If they are willing you can ask for both snakes in the same picture like previously mentioned. Quality is the goal and low quality pictures aren't very helpful.

I would ask for a picture of them together, in outside lighting if possible. Because I cant tell if B is really that brown, or if its the picture. Personally, I don't care for either. They don't wow me.

    A. For a couple of reasons.

-B looks washed out but that could be the picture..
    - B looks a little thin so she must be a pickier eater. At 200+ grams that plump look with A is really something I would look for.
    - A has phenomenal color and pattern. And i like that her black is pretty solid. Would make some awesome animals in the future.
    - if A is as good of a feeder as she looks, it won't take too long to fill the gap between 200 and 500 grams.

    This exactly word for word.

A side by side pic would help in making a decision.

Based on blushing and the assumption that the second photo is a crappy pic of the snake, I would go with B.
