    Please meet Sticky Toes,
    https://ball-pythons.net/modules/cop...08/Cnv0133.jpg
Sticky toes was found stuck to a pest strip in a pet store (Unamed)(ARGHH) She was extremely dehydrated and somehow managed to get Chinchilla dust products stuck all over her. Now the sticky adhesive is obviosly meant to catch moths not geckos and she was definatly stuck.'
Very dehydrated so we gave her some sub Q fluids (fluids under the skin for easier absorbtion).
We have been rubbing her down with peanut butter then washing her in Dawn. Yes this is the only thing that works. We were quite amazed when the vet suggested it ourselves, but it works. The picture is of her after her third PB bath.
She is becomeing ever so unsticky and loves to eat.
    Cute little thing
    Enjoy

Peanut butter is also good for removing chewing gum from hair, BTW. Glad to see she's obviously in much better care now than she was in the pet store.

Great rescue Rusty. I'm a little confused about the peanut butter and dawn tho. I'm guessing the dawn would make the skin softer to allow for eaiser absorbition of moisture, but peanut butter? Does it do the same thing? I've never rubbed myself down with peanut butter so i'm not too sure what it would do to skin ;).

I would guess that the peanut butter is for the stickies and Dawn to get rid of the oil left behind. The world is a better place for herps because of people like you!! Keep up the great work Rusty.

    Thanks guys,
Ok, I have just covered myself in peanut butter and here is my results:
The Peanut Butter has oils in it that will help to remove sticky toes' stickiness, the dawn dishwashing detergent is to cleanly wash away all the oils and such left from the peanut butter.

Now if I can just find my Dawn
