*SOMETIMES*...I love Craigslist
Been on a spree recently....keep telling myself that I'm gonna stop then wonderfulness like this shows up. My new 2010 Female Albino, a tad skinny (950gr) and possibly a mouser (only ever fed mice, 1 a week/2 weeks) I couldn't be happier! And for the price of $400, i can't complain. Will be meeting my Sterling bee next year then hopefully some cool albino crosses the year after
edit: pic fixed

Oh very nice pickup there! And I agree about CL, there are some gems to be found, but you really have to hunt for them.
-
Congrats on the new pick up!
-
Congrats! You can sometimes find some good stuff on there!
-
Yes 99% of craigslist is awful, but every once in a while you come across some good stuff!
I picked this little girl up off craigslist for $150. She weighed 450g the day I brought her home, currently pushing past 800g

X2 and I love Albinos/Albino morphs. Hopefully you can get her on rats and put the weight on her.

Thanks Everyone! Yeah, my hopes and dreams are to put her with my Sterling Bee, land a male Pewter Bee het, and they breed him back for a wicked clutch (to me at least) :please:
I'm hoping she'll switch to rats ok. I'll probably try in a few days here. Though if not the old owner gave me about 50 frozen adult mice, so i'll have food for her either way. Need to start building up that weight!
-
tell me about it .. i got some right now that wants to get rid of a male spider 100 % het pied and a female cinnamon for 250 or trades .. sounds kind of fishy tho

Just noticed you are from Irwin!!! I'm from Washington PA, Cant believe I missed her on our craigs list!!!
Do you plan on going to the show this Sunday at Cheswick?
-
That is a crazy find, on my local craigslist its alway single gene low end males and normals which people try to sell as morphs and hets.

I'll be there, trying to resist buying things lol. And i'm actually in Forest Hills now, right outside of Pittsburgh, havn't updated that location in a while, but i will now!
Yea, i was very surprised when i saw an albino on my cl, normally its all single gene cause people know to go to fauna/king to sell the designer. Very nice lady tho, bought her at a reptile show as a baby, but needs money for a car repair so she just wanted to sell her for what she got her for....Makes me feel kinda bad for not saying its actually worth more....but....you know....:snake:

Yup I know where that's at to, my girl has family spread out all over Pittsburgh Glassport ect. Hey I wouldn't feel bad if she went to a show to get her, she knew what sh was currently worth. She just needed that car fixed. If you see some one there with 2 demon children trying to fist fight each other its probably me.
I'm hoping I can find what I need, planning to go home with 3 if the prices/availability is right.
