Another New Addition to WTF Morphs: 2013 1.0 Clown From Renick Reptiles

I took my first trip to White Plains today for the expo and despite my earnest promises to my wife not to leave with another snake, we both fell in love with this little boy and his awesome busy pattern. Ben (Renick Reptiles) is a great guy to do business with and can't recommend him enough. My new boy here was a sibling to his awesome Spotnose Clown that was at the show - simply breathtaking! Needless to say, I am a fan of "busy" clowns versus the more sought after reduced patterns. Here he is in all his glory:

Agreed! My only saving grace was she broke it with me or I would of been in the doghouse haha! He was just too awesome to pass up for both of us!

Very cool. I think if you are not looking for RP then you got to get crazy with the pattern, and this guy fits that bill. I am thinking he would make awesome Clowns with Black Pastel, Trick, Blitz, or any other heavy patterned morph.

Even though clowns have been around for a long time there is still a ton of stuff that hasn't even been made yet.

My ultimate plan for him would be to pair him with my Killer Humblebee female which would produce 50% Pastel 100% Het Orange Ghost Clown and 50% Bumblebee 100% Het Orange Ghost Clown.

This along with my 1.1 100% Het Orange Ghost Clown pair I already have will help me work on a shot at producing a world's first (at least as of now) - the Pastel Candied Clown and Bumblebee Candied Clown :-)

Agreed, but I am think Leopard Clowns, Bumblebee Clowns, and maybe just maybe a Bumblebee Candied Clown ;-)

I have never seen a clown like that, only the typical reduced ones, I must say that is amazing, and FAR more to my tastes than the reduced pattern clowns, but I love clowns either way, this one just blows me away! Awesome!

This type of Clown is better for "busy" types of patterns. he was a sibling of Ben's Spotnose Clown and that little guy is incredible! I plan on producing some killer combos with him with super busy patterns - i.e. Leopard, Pinstripe, Orange Dream :-)

It'll take years, but we should have a chance at our first attempt at a Candied Clown in the 2015 season with 2 more chances in the 2016 season adding in the Pastel and Spider. That's the plan at least. Would also like to produce Pinstripe Clowns and Leopard at some point too.

LOL I guess it always has to be one in the relationship who is the sense of reason. With our first human clutch due in a couple months she is absolutely right....but I always have a solid explanation and plan behind my requests lol. I do need her signature of approval ever since my Pastel Vanilla girl though and I am okay with that as my job lends it well to strong proposals and ROI for every snake I want...hard to argue :colbert::banana:
