    Its been an interestin week.....................
I haven't posted about my geckos in a while because, well to be honest I'm all about the balls and not a gecko breeder.

I got a male that I have posted here because I really like the dalmatian look:

Then one of my close friends that is a breeder of these cool little boogers had a female that she offered first sale to me:
(she knows I REALLY like the color red)

Well, I decided that I wanted one more crestie just because BUT I wasn't going to buy it so this was the proceeding action:
    http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h1...psced88d77.jpg

And then this happened, I was all giddy inside and like :banana::banana::
    http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h1...ps39071e23.jpg

The little "guy" came out looking all sexy:

I now had my three and everything was good until yesterday morning:confusd::confusd::confusd:
I hadn't seen anymore action and I had been lazy about moving my male back into his enclosure:rolleyes:
While running a little late leaving for work, I found this:
    http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h1...ps80d87a2f.jpg

Well, it gets even better. I know they usually lay in pairs but my female is young and only laid one egg the first time so I didn't think much farther about it till I got home for lunch and looked in their enclosure AGAIN!?!?!?!?!!?
Well I saw another little tail poking out from under a leaf:

So now I am up to five geckos, I guess I am a breeder now:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
I am working my butt off trying to get my snakes to do something and the one pair that I do nothing to but feed and mist are giving me great healthy babies back to back:gj::gj:

Never found any eggs or shells but they are doing something right:cool:

That's quite the 'predicament' you have found yourself in. I'm not very knowledgeable about cresties, but those three little ones look pretty amazing! The parents aren't half bad either.

Congrats! They can supposedly retain sperm too..so even when separated you may end up with more "surprises." :)

I am a crested gecko breeder (more so than ball pythons at the moment). Crested geckos only need one successful pairing in order to keep producing babies for up to (and maybe even more than) a year. You really have to be careful because they can literally breed themselves to death or have calcium crashes. Females should be watched carefully during the breeding season to make sure their calcium levels are kept up. Give them a cool down period so that they can replenish their weight and calcium. You can check a female's calcium by rubbing on the side of their mouth to get them to open it. Once open, look on roof of their mouth for 2 little white "lumps". If they look nice and full then they are good to go. If they look small then it would be best to give your female some extra calcium supplements. Good luck with your future breedings! They really are awesome little creatures :).
