Doing this pre-shed can actually be detrimental to the process, as it strips the skin of its natural oils.
Just let him do his thing, make sure there's something for him to rub his nose against when he is ready though.

It's good that you are attentive to the buggers needs. Shows you are a good parent.
I had an adult that took several weeks after the eyes cleard up. Not sure why and the next shed was 'normal'. I wouldn't stress.
I always spray the lid of my tubs when they go blue and keep condensation on the lid until they shed. But everything seems normal and 60+% shouldn't be too low.

What morph is he/she? I'm guessing black pastel or cinny?

x3. Mine can take days after clearing from blue, even up to a week. Let mother nature take it's course. As far as humidity, do not lower the humidity. Shedding is half about being well hydrated and half about external humidity. I usually UP the humidity to 70%+ after mine go clear after blue. I keep humidity 50%-60% normally (non-shed).

Black pastel lesser
