Need Discerning Eyes Pleease! (Photos)

Hey guys,

Found this on fauna. Emailed seller and said to him, there's no way he's selling a 500+g albino female for $250. Well, he is. He's done everything I've asked and all background checking I've done has checked out. Still, don't want to make a huge mistake in either letting a good deal go, or being a sucker. Everything else about this guy has been fine, but not on BOI here or on fauna. Just want to make sure all these pictures are of the same snake. They look the same to me, but maybe you guys will spot something I'm not. The contrast in each is different, so that's holding me back - but it could just be lighting. Would pay with credit card so I could file claim should anything go wrong.

Get her! It's definitely the same snake in those pics. I say go grab her before someone else does, that's a great deal.

My albino looks different in photos depending on lighting. But if its something your having shipped my only concern would be if its really female.

And even if it's not female, it's still a great price for an albino! But yes, that's my concern too....

Definitely the same snake in all the pics. She's got a gorgeous pattern. Lots of decent people find themselves in a need to sell a snake that won't have any mentions on the BOI. If you don't have any red flags going up after communicating at length with the guy, it may very well be worth the risk.

Im jealous! A gorgeous albino female for an awesome price. Just make sure its female. Thats a STEAL.

Thank you SOO much for your quick responses. It's the fact that she's gorgeous and such a total steal that made me super hesitant, but he's been holding it for me, so I won't lose her. I'm still finding this hard to believe, but feeling muuch more confident with all of your input. Even if she's a he, I'll be a happy camper!! :D

That's an insane pickup! :D I think I'd get her no matter what the sex.

Just a heads up, get on to fauna...he's got a great deal on a 1000g proven breeder albino female. Also has some great pieds up and offering to ship the female albino with a male pied for the price of one of them.

You could ask him for references that are either active members here, or have BOI threads, if you are concerned.

I know some people just are new to selling and don't have that feedback. However, most are active members of some ball python forum or group so you can ask for references that way.

The snake is definitely the same snake and she's beautiful! Like you said, even if she turns out to be male, that's a great deal. I'd gladly take a male albino for $250!

I think it's a child. The kid is probably in a swimsuit since it's summer. But that comment totally made me go look too xD I was too focused on the snake.

lmao...I had to go back and look too! Some people just don't care that their kids run around the house naked. But please post pics of the new snake when you get it! And let us know if it is indeed a female!
