The Miracle Of Life

Finally after months of trying, praying, and hoping me and my fiance are expecting a gorgeous miracle on December 27th of this year. We were losing our optimism since she was diagnosed with endomietriosis at age 11 and had endoscopic surgery for it when she was 13, she was then placed on heavy heavy birth control soon after (Depo Provera shot) to combate the remaining symptoms and was on that for many many years. Well it finally happened and I can honestly say I could not be any more happy and excited to be a father.

I will keep this thread posted with future ultrasound photographs and progress of the baby.

Thank you! We are truly blessed. We are going nuts with the waiting to know the sex part lol. We are at 9 weeks today. Another 11ish weeks to go till we know!!!

Hey Kevin,

A big congrats to you and your wife!!

My son was born on the 7th of this month and it is by far the craziest and most rewarding experience you could ever imagine. Every day is a gift so enjoy every one of them!

Congratulations to the both of you on your awesome news, that's great! My daughter was born May 17th & I haven't slept since, lol! Best of luck to both of you guys & hope everything goes as planned.

So it's been confirmed as of Yesterday 7/24 we are having a little girl!

I can not express our excitment!

I am very sorry to hear that :(
We were very pessimistic coming into it knowing there was a good chance that she would never be able to concieve. God answered our prayers and we have been truly blessed. I will pray for you are your wife!

@Toyota- After I was born, my parents weren't able to conceive and keep a pregnancy. Lord knows they tried, and visited specialist after specialist, operation after operation, false hope after false hope... never happened...but years later, when I was 16, almost 17, they were blessed with with the chance to adopt a baby. Friend of a friend type of thing, so they didn't even have to deal with the whole adoption system (screwed up as it is). There is ALWAYS hope, as long as you and your wife are breathing. :) Miracles happen everyday.

That was my worry as well. I was fearful that it was me that had the real problem and not her.

I will keep you and your wife in my thoughts.

Congrats. :) Wonderful ending to such a roller coaster tale. I love my 4 crumb snatchers, they drive me crazy :rolleye2:, but I love them. :D
