Water bowl placement in a rack.
My humidity is great and I have my water bowl towards the front of the rack (cool side). Does it matter if I just put it in the corner or should they be able to wrap around it? Silly question but when breeding begins I hear that a sign of ovulation is wrapping around the water bowl.

Exactly. :) I put mine in the front middle of the tubs, and then my breeders redecorate however they see fit. :rolleye2:

My babies and juvies don't move the bowls. With the adults I never know where it'll end up, and that applies to both the boys and girls.

Seriously.
I do try to keep it away from the warm end, because that encourages bacteria growth. And I've come back a weekend trip and found the bowls completely evaporated down to hard water crystals from sitting directly over the heat tape. If I want to boost humidity, I splash some water around the tub.

None of my snakes really move the bowls around. I place the bowl about 1/3 the way in from the cool side. Allowing them that extra room in front of the bowl on the cool side.
Re: Water bowl placement in a rack.
I have several of my juveniles in a rack with hides (they are nervous eaters and want the extra security even though it's a closed rack) and some of the hides are so big I have to use small 5in crock bowls. Those get moved, shifted, dumped, turned upside down, and occasionally end up IN the hide. Now, my ball pythons that don't need security blankets get some good 8 inch ceramic dog bowls. I usually put those middle of the front. The only way those get moved around is if the snakes move the newspaper around. I've got one who will build a nest of newspaper and I go to check on her and only half the tub is bedded.
