Lol, I know, all 517 grams of him. And he looks fat in this picture, he's not. He's on a 10 day feed schedule. He just turned a year old last month.

These guys must grow slowly I guess. At one year old and only 517 grams. That is normal I suppose?

Yes. Slow grow your boas. They don't have the metabolism balls do. :)

You also have to keep in mind, they are longer and leaner than your stocky thick balls. Different body build.

I thought so. One more reason to add one to my list. I always said if I got anything bigger than a ball it would be a red tail. Then recently I discovered they come in morphs! I hope I do well selling my youngsters at the upcoming show, I need to make some room. However, in some ways having money and room might not be a good idea, especially if I see a morph red tail at the show.;)
