Facebook page

So I created a facebook page and I want to add the link in my sig on here. I am just wondering how do you guys get the cool little icons instead of just the link? Or how do you make a link inside text like say my sig said something like "Follow me on Facebook: Custom Constrictors" and make "Custom Constrictors" the link?? I new how once upon a time..

You use the button above the sig edit box for "Link", put in the link you want to use, hit ok, then edit the second part of the link it adds to say what you want it to.
