Trying out the camera..

First try with the camera. I can't seem to figure it out quite yet. The focus is the hardest. So here are a few pics (out of 100s lol) that I thought were decent.

They have been from my Facebook, to my phone, to photobucket to here so not sure if they looks distorted or not.

Thanks everyone! Charlie (my bee) is my favorite to photograph. Mainly because he's the only one who stays still!

When I got my first good camera I did hours of research on photography tips for people and nature, most of which can apply to herp photography. Try googling your camera and looking at this site. Lot's of great articles that helped me out.

Awesome shots! You should do more testing of the camera on the champ :gj:

great thing about digital cameras is you don't have to pay to develop bad photos.

I have a canon powershot s5is. My gma passed away in September & it was hers. I will check that out thanks!
