Mystery male...

I am pulling the trigger on this little guy. He is Epic Mojave + ??????.

I have my thoughts on the matter, but I want to see what you guys think as well? I am getting him for what I feel is a great price, and I think he is pretty awesome looking.

Any guesses on the 3rd gene? (I may not actually find out until I breed him next year)

He's very reminiscent to a Black Potion to me so maybe that third gene is Mahogany?

snake is very nice though, kind of reminds me of a dark mystic potion or a super phantom or something in that group. Good luck with that one it should be fun to play around with. :gj:

Looks like a lighter blackhead mojave :gj:. I'm not too familiar with the "Epic" gene though. Nice snake regardless :gj:

Have a look at the Renick Mojave.... The sides look pretty close...

My comment is pretty useless and doesn't add any value at all. But....

I think that is a really good observation, was not on the short list I was thinking of, but I like it as a contender.

Kinda looks like what happens when you put a lesser to a dark morph.

IMO the stripe is too narrow for G-stripe.

I dont think there is any G-Stripe there but the potion guess is interesting. The epic gene may be playing on the darker side in that combo??? I am also thinking the Renick Mojo isnt a bad guess. As far as some originality from the depths of my mind I am at a loss. He is gorgeous though and all your new pick ups are making me green with jealousy! :P

I think this is the most likely. If he is a Epic Black Potion, I got an unbelievable deal.

BUT, after talking with some other folks, Chocolate or Granite are contenders as well.
