Sucks about the ticket, but at least a good ending.

Yeah luckily here in AZ you can go to a Defensive Drivers class once every 2 years for a Civil Traffic ticket and it's been 4 or 5 for me so I just have to pay for the class and not the $280 fine!
Re: New ARS 7010 is here!
Very nice! Yea, taking the classes is goods so you don't have points on your license. Still sucks. Drive safe, our cops don't play.

Quick question for you or anyone else with a 7010, I was wondering how/where you have your thermostat probe attached?
I have an idea of how I'm going to do it, but there isn't alot of room on the sides of the tubs to attach it. So I wanted to see if there was a better way.
If you happen to have any pics that would be great!
And thanks in advance.
Re: New ARS 7010 is here!
I attach my Tstat probe on the underside of the heating element directly on the heat tape, then I check the inside tub temps with gun or thermometer probe on the inside of the tub right where the heating element is. The Tstat setting may be a few degrees higher than the actual temp in tubs.

We used to have auto water on one of our 7 highs, but after a couple of incidents where I messed up and forgot to reopen the valve on the 5-gallon bucket and lost several of our breeders I decided I didn't want auto water(As our breeding grows I am considering using it again, but we will see). Plus the bottles aren't that much work and it gives me an excuse to spend alittle extra time checking on and playing with the ratties!

Awesome rack! The rack looks great in the snake room. I am looking at some ARS racks as well :gj:
