    Hello from the Chicago Suburbs
    Aloha,
Just wanted to drop a line and say "hey". I am a long time pet lover/enthusiast that is getting back into herp keeping after a bit of a hiatus.
I have only experienced the aesthetic keeper side of things and have never really dabbled in the breeding side. I have had a pair of crested geckos for the past year+ and am excited to see if there is any breeding to come.
I have also just recently purchased a few BP to try to experience some breeding awesomeness. I am currently rocking a DIY 36x24x17, 4 28qt tub, Melamine rack.
They are being warmed by a home heating pad as I jumped the gun with the animals before I had the setup. I am planning on a flexwatt belly heat setup controlled by a stc-1000 controller.
I have gathered quite a bit of info here already and am looking forward to learning more and sharing some experiences as well.

Thanks in advance for all the great information.

Welcome! I live nowhere near yall :P just thought I'd throw that out there. However, I did meet someone on here who lives close to me. We've become good friends. I've even got one of his females on breeding loan.

I go on the Sunday days as I work every sat. I don't breed my own rats but did recently get some asf's from another member who breeds her own..

This is pretty crazy how many ppl this local are on the same forum..
