Not the best of pics, but if your looking at cl and a "snake and enclosure" add. I wouldn't go for it. Those people are trying to get their money back for a pet store tank they bought that sucks for keeping snakes and is way over priced. My advice get a nice bp morph you really like from a breeder either online or an expo and put it in a Rubbermaid tub with heat.

Looks to be a normal (wild type) ball python, 200 is way to much. I would suggest finding a ball python at a local reptile expo, normals usually run 15-25$. Also, you could buy your own enclosure and have your set-up spot on before bringing the new snake home. :)

I'm not seeing pastel, but the pics are kinda dark...If it is a pastel, it's a very low quality one. I would say 200 is way too much personally.

Nothing Pastel about it. Google image "Pastel Ball Python"...

If it is a pastel is a very very browned out one.

Can you get any other pictures?

But, to be honest I'd probably pass. You should be able to get an extremely good example of a pastel for $200.

Call me an oddball but I clearly see a pastel: you can see the "brown line" in the first photo and what appears to be brighter green eyes. That being said it's a super LOW quality one if it's already that brown and not terribly big, so I would pass in a heartbeat. You can find a much higher quality one from an actual breeder.

    Yep,

I'd say low quality pastel - Have a look on faunaclassifieds and kingsnake classifieds and on here to see what you can get for the money.

It does look like a pastel kind of. Is by any chance the snake about to shed cause that snakes body looks unreasonably brown to be a pastel.
The head blush looks a little too strong to be a normal tho I could be wrong.
Those are all bad pictures I must say.
I would hope the snake is just very close to shedding and that this person didn't have enough common sense to wait til it shed before advertising, rather than it being a severely browned pastel.
I'd also say the only way that snake could come close to being worth 200 is if its female.

I confirm that I wrote right before you posted the new pic, it's a low quality pastel IMO. Pass: you could find something so much better for the same amount of money.

As several have said, either not Pastel or very low quality Pastel, most would want a Pastel that fits the "Holy Crap, what a beautiful Pastel" category and not the uh, might be a Pastel category. But as mentioned if you like it, go for it. You can get snakes of that quality much much cheaper though.

Personally I would not buy that snake. But if I had to put a monetary value on it? I wouldn't pay more than 25 bucks, if you MUST have that animal.

$75 for everything (?). If it's a glass tank, you're gonna have to beef the thing up.

You said enclosure's included, if memory serves...

If you're looking to breed please, please, PLEASE don't buy that snake. The market is flooded with subpar / poor quality pastels. If you want to breed, and actually sell any snakes, get a quality example. Something bright yellow with little to no black flecking in the pattern, and little to no orange. Pretty please :please:

Then, one don't buy that low quality snake, and two don't bother with an enclosure like that.
Get a quality animal from a breeder, and a nice simple rack system. Go from there.
