It's Official! First Bite

Guess my luck has finally run out and I have become a full fledged snake keeper: my BP tagged me tonight for the first time. No blood as she is only 5 months old. Think I startled her when I reached into her cage to change out her water dish and she lunged and bit my thumb. You're right, it does feel like getting attacked by velcro :P

No blood + No Pics= No bite

Ive been bitten once.

I was at my breeders house (I've boughten 3, soon to be 4 of their snakes) and they were showing me their projects and stuff.

And they let me check tubs out and I pulled out their breeding lemon blast female. Dumb me just sticks my hand in to pick her up and BAM! She gets me.

I'm not in bite club though because like you, I didn't get a picture.

And I've yet to get tagged again and that bite was like... Almost a year ago

Yup. We need proof ;)

Well then I guess it is NOT official. She tagged me at the base of the thumb and did NOT draw blood. All I see is what appears to be two small needle marks in my skin.
