That totally depends on their quality and if the seller can provide lineage. Lineage isn't usually necessary, but it IS nice to know where each snake originally came from and can sometimes make the offspring more desirable.
I would say it's a good deal if BOTH snakes are attractive. If the male is outstanding, but the female is lackluster, than she's not likely to produce better than herself. The male might be able to improve on her, but then again, maybe not. In my personal opinion, not just any snake should be bred. Only the very BEST examples of a species or morph should be involved in a captive breeding program.
If you are able to post pictures of the pair, we might be able to tell you if they appear to be quality animals.....
BUT if you really like the female too, and both snakes are healthy, then, yes, I'd say it's a pretty good deal. :gj:
