Reptile Basics

I bought a cb70 rack and a sweater box rack at Reptile Basics. They were apparently lost by FedEx during shipping. Rich was very professional and resent two new racks this morning! I'm very surprised by this and I suggest anyone looking at snake racks to first check out Reptile Basics!

I agree Rich is great RB is very professional. I ordered some 4" flexwatt and they accidentally sent sent 12" I emailed him and told him of the mistake and he didn't argue a bit he just said he was sorry for the mix up and told me to keep the pre wired 12" saying I might find a use for it one day and sent the 4" the next day great customer service. He will get all my business.

I've ordered several large orders and have been very happy with them. I was just about to order 3 rodent drinking valves until I found out shipping was $15 for them. Thats the ONLY problem I've seen. If you have a small order shipping is a bit expensive which is the only downside to standard shipping prices. I give Rich 4/5 Sheds
