The Most Wrong Anime Ever

So before I complained about the grossest anime ever. Well now I have run into the most wrong anime ever. It feels like you're committing some crime by watching it. If you don't want spoilers, don't read.

This anime is called Astarotte's Toy. So I wrote this big post but decided that no one should have to know anything about this. What is read cannot be unread. Basically, if you value your soul or your code of ethics, don't watch this.

Ohhhhh whats it about?

So naturally I read a summery on it and I believe talking about it breaks the ToS of the forum. Though I did have a laugh at what they will make a show out of lol. Yea I won't be watching it.

Oh snap! Ok i gotta go google it lol...

Look up the Etoro Tribe of new guinea or new zealand. (Cant remember which). Their rituals for "coming of age" for boys involve similar practices.

EDIT: Also polyandry is common in other places of the world. Specifically in Tibet.

I doubt the anime would shock me that much. It may be a little odd but certain parts of the world have similar cultural practices so it cant be that bad. Also, i have no soul or code of ethics so i have nothing to lose here. Im not really into cartoons anymore though.

I've watched plenty of harem anime. I've seen plenty of ecchi. There's nothing visual shocking or disturbing in this show. But when the situations are explained and you realize the ages involved....it's just wrong.

On the wikipedia page it says the princesss chick is 10. When do you think boys become men?

Biologically? As early as 12 I think. But I don't see how that's relevant. She's 10. That's what is relevant.

From what I'm seeing, and I'm no expert on anime by any means, but "she's" not human. Saying this is wrong seems like the same thing as saying it's wrong to breed a snake because "it's only 10 years old". Seems relative to me. Unless she's being portrayed as a child, 10 years in mythical years may be 25 in human years?

I don't given a fly flip is she's a 10 year old person, vampire, or mutant ninja turtle. She looks like a 10 year old and is portrayed as such.

My point is in the Etoro culture thats probably about the same age that "boys become men". Did you look up their practices? They're similar. I dont want an infraction so i dont wanna post a link. What they do is their culture so i personally dont think it would be inappropriate to discuss but somehow i bet the mods will think differently lol.

I think vampires are immortal so their age would really be irrelevant. Also i dont think you traditionally become a vampire that young. And all the TMNT are boys.. Do they make girl ones?

EDIT: and wth is a fly flip? I might want one of them so you better be willing to give me one or two...
