Albino yes, but any other fun genes?
First time posting here. I just got a male albino with interesting marks. He's a very orangey yellow with some pale yellow spots, an entirely yellow head, and stripes only along the spine that are very solid in the back. I think he's just very high-yellow, reduced pattern, but I haven't seen one like him. Any thoughts on if he's got anything else going?

    Whoa, that is super reduced!
I'd kind of like to know what he'd look like as a normal, that sure would give you some insight.

    Also nice bag.

Holy smokes that is awsome looking. To me it looks like a pastel puzzle albino. As pastel albino's age there head becomes a lemony yellow, and the side pattern on that thing is linked together like the pastel puzzles do. Breed those baby's back to that boy!

I'd put him to a normal girl to see what comes out.

Any chance he could be het pied? Would that make his pattern crazy like that? :confusd:

I wish. That would be awesome. Unfortunately I'm his third owner give or take, and what he came from exactly is unknown.

Right now the only snakes I have are him and my friend's 1700g normal male that's been living with me for a few months. When I have my own house that isn't a small apartment, I would love to get more and try some combos out.

On an unrelated note, when your snake experience is limited to a 1700g 4.5ft one, My 830g albino looks absolutely tiny.

Whatever you do DO NOT LET GO OF IT...sell your firstborn if you must but just please don't let go unless it's to me. Honestly it has to be the most stunning albino I have ever seen anywhere on or off the web.

nah het pied wouldn't change the pattern like that but another gene would. albino champagne and albino enchi come to mind but the pattern still isn't quite right. you would have to breed him to a normal and see what pops out. everything would be het albino, but whatever else comes out, that is the extra ingredient to the receipe :)

the other thing, just to keep in mind, since you said you don't have a history, is sometimes incubation temps can cause strange patterning. not saying that's the case, but i've seen a few single gene snakes come out of eggs that were INSANE simply due to spikes in temp during incubation.

if you breed him you must do an update post to this thread so we know the result of the breeding!!
