    Pastel......?
Hi! New to the forum, not new to snake, but I am new bps. I picked up this pastel and I would like to get you thoughts and opinions. Sorry for the quality of the pics, lighting sucks in my room. I'll take some more in natural light as soon as I get home. Thanks, Tonyhttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/01/29/yhupa6eh.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/01/29/2y3y8agu.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/01/29/u9a9udap.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/01/29/7y7e4u6e.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/01/29/zene7e2e.jpg

x2. The flash throws most pictures off but I am very sure it's a pastel. I like the neck and tail stripe though

    Pastel......?
It's a pastel but like the others said, it is a very dirty and browned out pastel. It's hard to believe its that dark at such a young age but it is a pastel.

No offence here, its great that you have a ball python! But its pastels like that one that are why people don't like them in combos. IMHO all pastels should look like this.

That's my gal at 1200g. She is less browned out than your little one there. If you ever plan on breeding, its very important to pick up quality snakes at the beginning to help make quality babies to sell. If you just want a pet, your little gal there will be amazing for ya! Again no offence just offering some advise. Ciao!

Thanks for the inputs. I don't plan on breeding. I just thought it was a nice looking bp at a nice price. Here are some pics in sunlight.http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/01/29/vyvu4yhy.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/01/29/a8u8ezuj.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/01/29/gebe9ajy.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/01/29/udagabuj.jpg

S/he is a very healthy and nice looking pet quality Pastel :) As others have already said, definitely not for breeding, but lovely for a pet nonetheless. S/he looks good and healthy! Enjoy your new addition - I love our Pastel!

I actually think it's pretty underweight, but congrats!
