First photoshoot with new camera!

So as some I you might know, I got a light tent, studio lights and my dad's old Nikon D40 for my birthday! I just got back home late last night, so I did a little photoshoot with some of the babies that most recently shed.

These pics were taken just on the macro setting on the camera.

This is all I have uploaded so far, my 2012 female butter from Rick Schlosser. She still needs a name! This whole photography thing is so fun!

Oh and someone who I am friends with on the MK Morphs Facebook designed a logo for me! I ordered shorts for me and my boyfriend today lol

Amazing shots and stunning snakes :D must...invest ..in a dslr ...so jealous you're getting shirts! That's awesome!

Amateur photography and snake keeping seem to go hand in hand :gj:. Trying to capture the colors and place display your favorite animals is so much fun :D. My sister is going to design a cool shirt for me as well! I can't wait to get it and sport it at a reptile expo :P!

Thanks everyone! I also managed to get the first decent pics of my female hognose! She is small for her age but she won't eat anything other than live fuzzies...at least she is eating though!

They are all beautiful but my favorites have to be the Pastel and the Mojave....that Pastel...just WOW :O

Thank you! I believe my mojo is so bright because he is het hypo :) I love my pastel! She is a little jumpy but she is so dang pretty I don't even care lol

Thanks! This is only about a quarter of the collection. I want to take pics as everyone sheds, so they are at their prettiest! It is so hard not to take full collection pics but I know I will be more satisfied if I wait. I'm trying to figure out if I can get my 5 foot sunglow boa to sit still in the tent long enough for me to snap some pics lol
