Very cool, Kara! I assume this will be a new retail store?

Well, it's 14,000 square feet. Our retail location, Zoo Creatures, will occupy the bottom floor, while NERD (strictly breeding facility) will be moving into the top floor. Kind of a 2-in-1 sort of deal, but NERD will remain open to the public only by appointment, while Zoo is a standard retail operation (although not a standard "pet store"). They're 2 separate entities, both with a different focus. It was just finally time to do things from the ground up & customize everything to best meet the needs of our animals, as well as our staff.
