    Describe your ball python
My normal male is a lazy bum when he is in his container. I hardly ever see him move too much but as soon as i take him out he wants to climb on everything including my head. What kind of personality does your BP have?

I hardly see any of ours move around unless it's feeding day or the day before then we see them cruising a little at night.
Our one het Russo I never see him but it seems like if he notices us in the room he parks himself on top of the hide and waits. As soon as my daughter slides his tub out he climbs right out to her.

My female normal is routinized - comes out at almost the same times every day (around 10:00 AM, 5:00 PM, 10:00 PM). She's relaxed when held, seems pretty low stress

My sole BP is a total pig. She would eat until she was sick. Most people keep a boa as a garbage can. Not me- all rejects go to her. Sure is nice not having to worry about the fastidious BP food issues!:)

Oh lord, I could go on about my normal female forever.

She's a total pig and a total priss. She never refuses a feed even during her shed. She refuses to have anything to do with water and she always lets me know when she has pooped. She refuses to go in the hide she pooped in and sits on top of it, when I clean it out and put in new substrate, she will pat her nose on the new substrate making sure I got it all.

My normal is I swear a species confused bp. He cruises his cage 3–4 hours a day and all night. He"s never balled since I've owned him, he prefers behind his water bowl, the top of his hot hide or under his cold hide (not in it) its a solid box with a hole cut in it. He only touches the substrate when he chooses to. He has a game of going from his hot hide, over his water bowl to his cold hide without ever letting anything more than his tail touch the bedding. And he does this weird neck kinking thing that reminds me of an accordion when I agitate him. And he's always drinking water I see him with his head in the bowl 20x a day, and he loves to tease my dog.

Boy Bee: used to be hissy when he was around 400g. He's around 900g now but he is the fastest moving of my bps.

Gal Bee: Total cow most of the time. She gets hissy and tries to strike sometimes.

Normal Boy: my chillest. He likes to perch on my glasses and wrap around my hair.

Normal Gal: big scaredy cat. She's doing a lot better in her 4 foot boaphile.

Het pied: very inquisitive. She's the only Bp that hides under the paper towel.

    Albino female.
Enjoys jeeping her head out of the hide to watch what's going on.

When she's hungry she rearranges her whole cage and and doesn't stop fretting until fed.

Puppy dog tame. Kiss her right in the head doesn't even flinch. I can usually grab her head and she won't do anything. She hasn't balled up since the first 20 minutes of getting to my house.

Doesn't stress easy either. I handle her everyday never misses a meal. I can handle her for an hour and feed her the next minute. She ate the second day she was at my house

Eats like a champ. I have to feed her prey items that are pretty big or she ends up very discontent.

    Very inquisitive.

lol, I loved reading all the descriptions :) I think it's kind of funny when someone says that snakes have no personality. I haven't been a snake owner for very long but it seems obvious from this thread that they have lots of personality!:P

My girl will generally spend most of the day in her hides, but when I get close to her enclosure and she notices she almost always pokes her head out and looks at me like she is saying "hello!" It is the cutest thing. :) When I have her out she always seems to want to be near my face; she will get really close and sometimes her little tongue will touch my nose....I love it!! She is adorable I love her to pieces. :D

Whenever my girl goes to the bathroom she will always crawl over to the complete opposite corner of her enclosure like she is trying to get as far away from it as possible, it makes me laugh :P
