Yeah. They're usually the recommended starter T. They had a baby a.avicularia which I wanted but they're quite fast and yeah, probably not the best first T

Just like snakes, they can still bite at any time. You need to learn to read them.
I wouldn't ever "pick them up" let it walk onto your hand.

They can be more docile but my girl
used to throw her legs up all the time :p

Sweet pickup! I've been looking at getting a red phase rose here shortly! I think T's are going to be worse than BPs though ("It'll only be two more crickets a week to feed another!" BAM, 20 Ts)

I got the T and a small exo terra, crickets and worms for under $80

I hope it's a female.

I picked up an avic sold as a female. First molt was his last molt, mature male :(

Well I got a 2 week guarantee.
I hope it's a girl too
